Community Users
Members of the community who are neither students, faculty, or staff of Trocaire College who wish to use the computers located in the RRS Library must have the following:
1. A Library Card from the Rachel R. Savarino Library
2. A Network User ID from the IT Department at Trocaire College
In order to receive a Library Card:
Present a photo ID at the library’s circulation desk for the librarian to copy and date.
A library card will be issued. The user’s name, address and phone number will then be added to the catalog.
The library card is needed when obtaining a Network User ID. This card can also be used to check out books, videos, etc. from the RRS Library.
In order to receive a Network User ID:
Fill out the attached "request for User ID" form.
Present this completed form along with your library card to room B5.
A username and password will then be issued. The username and password will be operational within 2 business days. It is the responsibility of the user to follow up with IT regarding any problems with the User ID.
This username and password will be used to sign on the computers in the RRS Library
This username and password is good for the DURATION OF THE SEMESTER and MUST BE RENEWED EACH AND EVERY SEMESTER
