Collections

General

The is the main part of the library’s book collection. It contains books on many topics, including nursing.

Archives

The Archives Collection includes non-current materials from the founding of the school in 1958 up to the present time.

Transit Extension

A small collection (approximately 800 titles) at the Extension Center at the Trocaire Achievement Complex on Transit Road in Williamsville.

Children's

A small collection of picture books and chapter books for children ages birth through eleven.

Pleasure Reading

A collection without a strict academic focus meant for our patrons’ own enjoyment – includes many current award-winning books.

Reading Room

A space for study, (relative!) quiet, and reading. The Reading Room and the adjacent area also house several distinct collections.

The Trocaire College Libraries welcome requests for books and other resources for purchase or subscription. The Library will consider all requests from Trocaire faculty, staff, and students. Your responses to the questions below will guide the purchasing decision. All materials requested must adhere to the Trocaire College Libraries Collection Development Policy.
